Utilities and linen are included. (Supplément of 6 € /day/person beyong 4 people).

We do require guests to leave the property in proper condition.

To secure your holiday we require a 30 % per week deposit, which is deducted from the total price.

We also require a 80 € returnable breakages / extra cleaning deposit (if is not in proper condition) .

Insurance for your stay is not included, you are responsible to insure your party against illness and injury and damage or loss of any of your property and vehicles.

HOW TO BOOK:

We need your name, adress, #phone, number of persons and age of the children. Then we'll send you back a Booking Form with all the information about the rent.

• The prices quoted are based on a weekly rental period from e.g. Saturday to Saturday (16:00 to 10:00). Details agreed by arrangement.

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. A 'Booking Form' with Terms and Conditions is available on request. The balance is due 3 weeks before the booked date.

• 80€ security deposit (breakages/damage). The security deposit will be returned before you leave, minus any necessary deduction.

• Duvets and pillows are provided in the price. One set of bed linen and tea-towels are also provided. Please note: we provide cot linen and towels; this will need to be provided by you if required.

• A final clean is not included in the price quoted. It is required that you leave the cottage in the same condition as when you arrived, or you can choose to have a cleaning service at a supplement of 32€.

• Part-week bookings are accepted (subject to availability).
