Linen renting : 8 € per person.

We do require guests to leave the property in the same clean condition as it is found, or you can opt for cleaning service.

Cleaning service: 30 €

To secure your holiday we require a 100€ per week deposit, which is deducted from the total price.

We also require a 100€ returnable breakages / extra cleaning deposit for each holiday. After you leave we return this sum we will deduct a fair sum for any accidental damage.

Insurance for your stay is not included, you are responsible to insure your party against illness and injury and damage or loss of any of your property and vehicles.

HOW TO BOOK:
We need your name, adress, #phone, number of persons and age of the children. Then we'll send you back a contract will all the information about the rent.

On the contract, you will see:
1/ The total price.
2/ A required of 100€ per week deposit to secure your holiday, which is deducted from the total price. You can pay the deposit by wire-transfer and the balance with a cheque or in cash when you will get the cottage.
3/ A required of 100€ returnable breakages / extra cleaning deposit (cheque) for each holiday (when you get the cottage).
